The Woman, Life, Freedom movement began in September 2022 following the death of Mahsa Jina Amini. It became the largest uprising against the Islamic Republic, uniting Iranians across gender, ethnicity, and class under the Kurdish slogan 'Jin, Jiyan, Azadi.'
